I ordered a few plugs and a clicker from UrbanBodyJewelry.com, mostly assuming the quality would match the lower prices, because that’s usually how it goes with body jewelry online. But i was surprised. Everything felt solid, not cheap or flimsy at all, and the prices were really fair for what showed up. Shipping was standard and nothing went wrong there. I’ll probably order again next time I’m sizing up or want a few more options.

My skin is super sensitive, so cheap jewelry usually has my ears red and irritated quickly. Not fun. I ordered from urbanbodyjewelry.com and ended up wearing them all week. No itching, no bumps, no weird reaction at all. really happy with them.

I ordered a few pieces and, to be fair, they looked pretty much exactly like the photos on the site. The sizing and colors were accurate too, which is something I always get a little nervous about when shopping online. "They actually stay closed"
I picked up a couple of clickers and a threaded end from Urban Body Jewelry, the closures feel really solid. Like, actually solid. I was kind of worried they’d have that loose little click or leave a tiny gap, but so far they feel secure and clean.
I’ve had one in my septum for over a week now, and it hasn’t popped open or shifted weirdly at all. It just stays shut, which is exactly what I wanted. Happy with these, happy overall.

I had a small mix-up with my order, so I emailed customer service. I’m always a little skeptical when companies send those super polished “we value your experience” type replies, but this didn’t feel too fake or scripted. They got back to me fairly quickly, not instantly, but fast enough. The person was nice and got it sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. I did have to explain the issue twice, which was annoying, but in the end they fixed it. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it and I’d order again. I just wish the first response had actually covered everything.

"Pretty happy with my orders"
I’ve ordered from Urban Body Jewelry a couple of times now, i always end up finding something that feels like my style. I did kind of second-guess myself the first time, since I wasn’t sure how the jewelry would look in person, but everything showed up looking like the photos. Their selection is way bigger than what I can find at my local shops, especially for plugs and septum rings. When my order showed up, I was like, okay, they actually put some thought into this. Everything was packed so neatly, nothing was rolling around or smashed, and the little bags made it super easy to keep things separate. I picked up a couple of pieces from urbanbodyjewelry.com, and they’ve been super comfortable so far. I’ve had jewelry in the past that felt fine at first but started rubbing or feeling too tight after a few hours, and I haven’t had that issue with these at all.

I’ve even slept with them in and they didn’t bother me, which is usually when cheaper pieces start to get annoying for me. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely order again
